How often do I need to brush and floss?
A regular routine of brushing and flossing your teeth is critical to preventing both tooth decay and gum disease, particularly when supplemented with regular dental check-ups. With that in mind, we recommend that you brush your teeth at least twice every day and that you floss once every day. By doing so, you will be clearing food and plaque away from your teeth and your gums that would otherwise do great harm over time.
